I did not start Journey Luxe Travel because I loved booking flights or comparing hotel rates. I started it because travel, at its best, changes people. It strengthens relationships, opens minds, and creates memories that stay with us long after we unpack our bags. I have seen it firsthand, not only in my own life, but in the lives of my clients and my family.
Travel has always been more than movement from one place to another for me. It is the shared meals in unfamiliar places, where conversation slows and people linger a little longer at the table. Journey Luxe Travel was built on two foundational beliefs. A deep love for exploring the world and its unique cultures and a genuine commitment to service. I have traveled across five continents, explored destinations throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America, and taken my children to more than twenty countries. Each trip taught me something new, not just about the destination, but about people, patience, adaptability, and what truly makes a journey meaningful.
Traveling with my family has been especially formative. Experiencing the world through the eyes of children has a way of slowing you down and sharpening your awareness. You notice details you might otherwise miss. You plan differently. You care more about pacing, comfort, and moments that invite connection. Those experiences shaped the way I approach travel planning today, particularly for families and multigenerational groups.

Over time, friends and acquaintances began asking for help planning their own trips. What started as casual advice quickly became something more intentional.
