“Kristina at Journey Luxe Travel was amazing! She helped book (and reschedule) our 10 year anniversary trip to the beautiful Eau Resort in Palm Beach Florida. Sadly, we had a death in the family days before we were supposed to leave. Though Kristina was on a trip herself, she was able to reschedule the trip for us so we didn't lose any money.
She coordinated with the resort so that there would be a crib available for our daughter, we got a beach-view upgrade, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our arrival, and even a bag of beach toys for our toddler.
